Robert Matosky, age 34, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026, after experiencing a gastric aneurysm at home the previous Monday.
Born in New Jersey in 1991, Rob lived in Lower Makefield Township since 1993. A graduate of Pennsbury High School, Rob enjoyed music, computer technology, geography, cars, nature, and cooking a good steak on the grill.
Rob also enjoyed following the Cleveland and Ohio State sports teams with his dad. He developed an interest in playing the tuba while in middle school and joined the Pennsbury Marching Band's tuba section while in high school.
Throughout his youth, Rob frequently traveled to see his grandparents and extended family in Ohio, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins in Florida, South Carolina and Michigan.
Rob is survived by his parents, Mark and Gerri Matosky of Lower Makefield Township, his aunts, uncles, and several cousins. He is also survived by his birth mother, Brenda, and birth siblings, Jamie, Stepheny, Phillip, Kaylee, Kiel and Cassie.
Rob will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Rob's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 12:00pm, at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home 17 S. Delaware Avenue, Yardley, PA 19067. Visiting hours will be 10:00am to 12:00pm. A service officiated by Rev. Michael Camut will begin at 12:00 PM.
