Pamela E. Roman Obituary
Cherished always, Pamela Elizabeth (Chopick) Roman, left this world at the age of 67 on May 24, 2026. She grew up attending the North Brunswick Schools and continued her education at Trenton State College, earning a BA in Commercial Art. This is where she met the love of her life, Steve, and began to live a lifetime of memories together. They loved spending time with one another, whether they were completing home projects, planning adventures, or enjoying a sunny afternoon in the pool. She felt they had it all because they had each other, including their three children.
Most enjoyed were holiday gatherings, getaways with family, playing games around a table of laughter, and spending time with her grandchildren whom she loved immensely. She enjoyed crafting with her friends, meeting with the group monthly for over 20 years to create home decorations or simply catch up on life. Pam had a way of making anything special with her crafty touch, kind heart, and selflessness.
Many might remember Pam for creating floor displays at JCPenney, designing publishing at John Patrick Publishing LLC, or her 18 years at Educational Testing Service. She was an active parishioner and member of the Altar Rosary Society at Church of the Incarnation, Ewing, NJ where she found great joy in decorating the church during Advent. She was also an active parishioner at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, West Trenton, NJ and most recently joined the Church of Saint Ann, Lawrenceville, NJ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Florence Chopick of North Brunswick, NJ. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Stephen Peter Roman of Lawrenceville, NJ, her children Christopher Roman and wife Heidi of Eastampton, NJ, Kevin Roman and his wife Linda of Edina, MN, Alison Price and her husband Jason of Lawrence, NJ, by her beloved grandchildren Cooper, Luke, Winry, Chloe, Adeline and Stella, as well as her sisters Cynthia Piana of Nashville, TN and Roberta Mitchell of North Brunswick, NJ.
The funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 11:00am at the Church of St. Ann 1253 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrence Twp., NJ 08648. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am in the church.
To honor her memory, hug your family and do a kind deed. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pam's name to the Hopewell Valley Mobile Food Pantry (Hopewell Valley YMCA, P.O. Box 301, Pennington, NJ 08534).
