William M. Clark Obituary

William Morrow Clark

July 31, 1939 to June 8, 2026

Our loving husband and father, William "Bill" Morrow Clark, 86, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026.

Bill was born on July 31, 1939, in Brooklyn, New York, to Marrietta (Doran) Clark and William G.E. Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Arthur Doran Clark. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rita (Zegzula) Clark, with whom he shared more than 63 wonderful years of marriage.

Bill was a devoted husband and father who always went above and beyond to provide for his family. He had a lifelong passion for trains. His love of trains was reflected in the elaborate train set in his office, which brought him joy every day.

Bill graduated from Rutgers University, where he studied science and liberal arts. He was both a scholar and a talented swimmer, placing at the NCAA level. He was affectionately nicknamed "the Whale" for his powerful butterfly stroke.

A dedicated, hardworking, and committed man, Bill built a distinguished career that began in chemical sales and grew to include extensive experience in business, project management, finance, environmental health and safety, security, and quality. Drawing on this expertise, he later owned an auditing and consulting company serving industrial businesses.

Bill was a resident of Yardley for 33 years and was deeply involved in his community. He served on the Township Citizens Budget and Planning Commissions and was elected to a six-year term as a Township Auditor. He also served as Republican Committeeman for District South 3 for 12 years and as a Bucks County Republican Committee Executive for 8 years.

Bill leaves behind his three children, William Jr., Henry, and Jocelyn, and his six grandchildren, Andrew, Danielle, Tyler, Haley, Hope, and Liam.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew his warm heart, sharp wit, and fierce love. Rest in peace, dear Bill—we will carry you with us always.
