Gizella Pozsgai, 96, born in Hungary in August 1929, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, which corresponded to her late husband's birthday.

She arrived in the United States at Camp Kilmer, NJ during the 1957 uprising in Hungary.

She was the beloved wife of John Pozsgai before his passing in October of 2011. She was a great wife, attentive mother and excellent businesswomen. As the heart of our family, she will be very much missed.

She is survived by her loving children and best friends Gloria Pozsgai-Heater and Victoria Pozsgai-Khoury, her grandchildren Ashley Heater, RN and Doctor John Heater, PhD and his wife Amber Heater, Jessica Khoury and Doctor Amanda Khoury. In addition, she has great grandchildren, Anna Heater and Paige and Theodore Grassi.

The funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:00am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church 201 N. Pennsylvania Avenue Morrisville, PA 19067. Interment will be in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery 1215 Super Highway Langhorne, PA 19047. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:00am to 10:15am at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home 17 S. Delaware Avenue Yardley, PA 19067.
