Hope Hill Westphal of Yardley, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on May 2nd, 2025, at age 61, surrounded by her loving family and friends. 

Hope was raised in Lilburn, Georgia and graduated from Agnes Scott College with degrees in Economics and Spanish. In 1989, she married Mark Westphal in Atlanta before moving to Yardley, Pennsylvania.

While living in Yardley, Hope gave birth to three children and started a career as a Special Education teacher’s aide. She cared greatly about children and dedicated her life to their educations, both with her own children and students.

To all that knew her, Hope was a beacon of kindness, generosity, and warmth. Even towards the end of her life, her smile never left her and she never failed to bring joy to those around her.

Hope is survived by her loving husband, Mark, her children Paul, Maggie and Julia, her mother Eleanor and her brother Richard.

A private burial will take place at the Saint Andrew’s Church of Yardley, and a celebration of her life service, open to all who knew her, will take place at Grace Point Baptist Church 592 Washington Crossing Road Newtown, PA 18940 on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 3 PM.
