Marian E. Archibald, 84, of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2025, surrounded by family.

Marian was born on February 15, 1941, in New Kensington, PA to William and Mary (Nahalka) Connolly. She graduated from New Kensington H.S. in 1959 and was the head majorette. In her early career, she worked as an interior designer in Yardley. However, her primary job in life and the source of all of her happiness was being a caregiver for her children, her parents, and her grandchildren.

Marian is survived by her three children, Robert W. (Jane) Archibald, Susan L. Walcott, and Kristin L. Archibald and five grandchildren: Madeline, Robert, Christopher, Sarah, and Olivia. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert H. Archibald.

The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00am on Friday, May 16, 2025, at St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church 999 Reading Avenue Yardley, PA 19067. Visitation will be from 9:30am to 11:00am at the church. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations to be made to the Dementia Society of America at dementiasociety.org.
