Phyllis E. Morway Phyllis E. Morway of Buckingham Township, PA died Wednesday November 3, 2016 at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown, PA. She was 79. Born in Easton, MD, daughter of the late Harley and Hazel Hall Burgess, she resided in Buckingham Township for the past 50 years. Phyllis was a retired research psychologist with the Department of the U.S. Navy at the Naval Air Development Center in Warminster, PA. She was graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, MD. She was a Trustee of the Hughesian Trust in Buckingham, a member of The Audubon Society, and served as President of the Handweavers of Bucks County. She is survived by her husband, Donald Morway; her brother, Clyde Burgess of Salisbury, MD; a niece, Corrine, and two nephews, Craig and Chris. Funeral services will be at 11am Wednesday at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue (River Road), Yardley, PA, where friends may call from 10am.
