Joseph A. Palma of Buckingham Springs, New Hope, PA died on Monday December 25, 2017 at his home. He was 91.
Born in Trenton, NJ, a son of the late Michael and Louise Bellis Palma, he was a Yardley resident for 40 years before moving to Buckingham Springs 14 years ago.
Joseph was a retired carpenter with Carpenters Local 0031 in Trenton. He was a Navy Veteran and member of VFW 6393, Yardley. He was also, a member of the NSA Association, St. Andrew's Church, and an avid golfer.
Husband of the Mary Louise DiIorio Palma, and father of the late Cynthia Vena, he survived by his son, Joseph D. Palma of Perkasie, PA; his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Jeff Bagdasarian of Newtown, PA, and three grandchildren, Dino Palma, and Jennifer and Amanda Bagdasarian.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am Friday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA, where friends may call from 9am. Burial will follow at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
