Violet I. Whalen, age 94, died on Wednesday January 3, 2018 at Twining Village in Holland, PA, where she resided for the past six years.
She was born in New York City. Violet was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, John. She is survived by her three children, Dennis Whalen and his wife, Theresa, Diane O'Connor and her late husband, Thomas, and Christopher Whalen and his wife, Joann. She was loved by her six grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
The family will greet friends from 10am to 11am on Wednesday January 10, 2018 at St. Ignatius of Antioch Roman Catholic Church, 999 Reading Avenue, Yardley, PA. Her Funeral Mass will follow.
The Whalen family would like to express their gratitude to all the staff at Twining Village for their loving care.
