Carolyn L. Stevenson of Lower Makefield Township, PA died on Monday December 19, 2016 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late George L. and Margaret Young Hankins, she has resided here for the past 26 years.
Carolyn was a Para professional with the Pennsbury School District for over 20 years. She was a graduate of Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, George W. Stevenson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy L Stevenson and Matthew Triolo of Yardley, PA, and Lauren W. and Frank Gorli of Aldie, VA, and two grandchildren, Riley Stevenson and Clinton Gorli.
Funeral services will be at 11am on Tuesday December 27th at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue (River Road), Yardley, where friends may call from 9:30am. Burial will be private at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
Donations in Carolyn's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
