Jewell M. Wade of Ewing Township, NJ passed away on Wednesday February 27, 2019 Compassionate Care Hospice at RWJ Hospital in Hamilton, NJ. She was 76. Jewell was born in Frankfort, Kentucky and moved to Washington Crossing, PA at a young age. She was a beautician who owned and operated her own salon, Jewell's House of Beauty, in the Chambersburg section of Trenton. Jewell was devoted to her family which also included her many customers. She was the daughter of the late Onsby and Pearl Bartley Mullins, and sister of the late Jean Detraz, Mary Moody, and Debbie Styner. Jewell is survived by her husband, James L. Wade; her son, Charles J. Ribavaro of Croydon, PA; two daughters and a son-in-law, Donna and Nicholas Foggia of Mansfield Twp., NJ, and Ruth Ribavaro Kueny of Hammonton, NJ; a sister, Ellene Fritsch of Ewing, NJ, and seven grandchildren, Joseph, Anthony and Vincent Foggia, Scott, Matthew, and Alyssa Kueny, and Alexandra Ribavaro. Friends may call from 6pm to 8pm Monday March 4th at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue (River Road), Yardley, PA. Her funeral service will be on Tuesday at 10:30am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Washington Crossing Methodist Cemetery, Washington Crossing, PA.
