Nancy Callahan Stoudt
Nancy Callahan Stoudt of Morrisville, PA passed away on Wednesday October 13, 2021 at the Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse in Philadelphia, PA. She was 61.
Born in Trenton, NJ, a daughter of the late James N.Callahan, Sr. and Carolyn Evans Callahan, she was a lifelong resident of Lower Makefield and Morrisville.
Nancy studied elementary education at both Bloomsburg University and Rider University. At Rider she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. She began her 30 year career as an elementary school teacher of the gifted in the Council Rock School System. She had a truly extraordinary rapport with her students, their families, and her colleagues. Nancy enjoyed spending time with family and friends,reading, gardening, spending time at beach, and playing with her dogs.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Kenneth A. Stoudt, Jr.; stepson, Justin Stoudt; stepdaughter, Ashley Kingand her husband Joe; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James N. and Sue Callahan, Jr., and Timothy and Chris Callahan; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Caren and Dan Pankiewicz, and Eileen and Duane L.Wickard, Jr., and two step grandsons, Avery Stoudtand Colton King.
Family and friends are invited to call from 11am to 2pm on Sunday October 24, 2021 at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue (River Road), Yardley, PA. Prayers and Words of Remembrance will be at 2pm.
