Obituary of Joseph Tom Loth

Joseph T. Loth
Joseph T. Loth, 88, of Newtown, PA, died on Monday March 28, 2022, at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown.
Known as "Tom", he was born and raised in Trenton, NJ, son of the late Joseph S. and Cecelia Dorety Loth, he formerly resided in Washington Crossing, PA for 36 years.
Tom was President and CEO of Loth Floors and Ceilings in Trenton, NJ. He was graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Civil Engineering. Tom was a retired Captain in the US Navy Reserves. He was an active member of the community with many organizations including, President of The Trenton Club, Board member of The Visiting Nurse Association, Trenton Rescue Mission, Trenton Rotary Club, Trenton Boys and Girls Club, B.P.O.E. # 105, Engineers Club of Trenton, American Hungarian Civic Association, President of Building Contractors Associate of Trenton, and a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus.
Husband of the late Barbara Sutton Loth, he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Richard W. and Denise Loth of Bisbee, AZ; two daughters and sons-in-law, Laura L. and Mark Pugliese of Holland, PA, and Anne L. and Gary Mino of Newtown, PA; five grandchildren, Geoffrey Mino, Erin Mino, Eric Pugliese, Nina Pugliese, and Megan Loth; two step-grandchildren, Michael Shute and Michelle Felten, and three step-great grandchildren, Addison, Ryan, and Ben Felten.
Friends may call from 9am to 10am on Thursday March 31st at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue (River Road), Yardley, PA. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am at St. Ignatius Church, 999 Reading Avenue in Yardley. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum in Hamilton, NJ.
