A passionate gardener, she could be found in her flower and vegetable gardens as soon as spring arrived. She was a special person and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, William J. Payton; two sons, Arthur R. Riley,Jr. and his wife, Jeneca, of Ringoes, NJ, and Sean R.
