Charles E. Hagan Obituary

CHARLES "BUCK" HAGAN

Charles Edward Hagan, 88, of Yardley, PA, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022, after a long battle with cancer, complicated by Covid.

Charles was born on July 9, 1934, to Charles E. Hagan and Panthea Henley Hagan in Philadelphia. After attending Frankford High School, he joined the United States Army. He served in Germany, and later in South Korea. Buck was the name given him by his father, and he kept it for his entire life.

He loved to travel. He was an avid skier and target shooter. His passion for many years was raising beautiful orchids. He was preceded in death by his only sibling, Ronald A Hagan of Philadelphia.

Buck retired as Business Manager of The Operating Room at Saint Francis Medical Center in Trenton after working at St. Francis for 20 years.

Buck is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Lauren Hagan, and by his three close friends: Bonnie Kohler of Levittown, Madeline Skarpetowski of Mercerville, and by his Bernese Mountain Dog, Herman.

Funeral services will be held at the time of burial at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, Yardley, PA.
