Grace M. Pitruzzello

Grace M. Pitruzzello, 102, of Holland, PA died at Holland Village on Sunday November 27, 2022 after a short illness.

Born in the Bronx, NY, to the late Vincenzo and Antoinetta Failla Scamporlino, she made a life in Montvale, NJ for 56 years before moving to Bucks County.

Grace had a wonderful, full life. She took pride in making her home feel warm. She always welcomed family and guests with food and conversation she carried with wisdom and subtle wit. As a devout Catholic, she saw her faith as a call to live in the world with empathy and thought for others. Through over a century of life, Grace touched many lives and left the world a better place.

Wife of the late Concetto “Jack” Pitruzzello, she is survived by her son, Anthony J. Pitruzzello of Chapin, SC; two daughters and a son-in-law, Linda and Joseph Labanoski of Yardley, PA, and Ellen M. Krausz of Pequannock, NJ; her sister, Elena Pandolfi of Montvale, NJ; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on Wednesday December 28, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 752 Big Oak Road, Morrisville, PA, where friends may call from 9am. Interment will follow at 1pm at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA.
