Obituary of Patricia A. Osworth
Patricia Ann Osworth, on April 19 2023, slipped her earthly bonds and stepped into glory!
Born on the nineteenth day of July in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in the year 1938, she was the middle child of three, born to Frederick and Dorothy Flagg. She grew up in New Brunswick and attended the New Brunswick school system finally graduating from New Brunswick high school in 1956. She married her high school sweetheart, Oscar Osworth,and moved to the quiet town of Griggstown, where they raised four sons. She later enrolled in the Princeton school of nursing where she graduated with honors and embarked on a 38 year nursing career before retiring. After the loss of her loving husband she moved to the town of Bayville New Jersey where she lived the rest of her life. She was a beloved member of the Montgomery Evangelical Free Church in Montgomery township and then the Emmanuel Community Church once she moved to Bayville.
Patricia is survived by her older sister Sandra Kozielec, her four boys, Jason , Adam, Kevin, and Daniel along with their wives and families. She enjoyed the company of ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She fought the good fight, and kept the faith, she ran the good race and finished in glory! At a good old age of 84 years young. She will be missed by all who knew her.
The visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Emmanuel Community Church 331 Wheaton Ave. Bayville, NJ 08721. Services will begin at 5:30pm at the church. Pastor Donald Meckley will officiate. Interment will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 12:00pm at the Griggstown Cemetery 1033 Canal Rd. Princeton, NJ 08540. Arrangements are under the care of the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home 17 S. Delaware Ave. Yardley, PA 19067.
