Well, if you wanted a good Escarole soup, the Biehn residence was the place to be. I can remember hanging out with Chip and Matt in our youth, and Mrs. Biehn would never allow you to leave their home without a tasty meal. She was so hospitable, so easy and fun to laugh and joke with and had a great sense of humor. She will be missed and thinking of you and keeping you all in my prayers, Matt, Chip and Mr. Biehn in this time of mourning.

It just won't seem like a holiday without Mary's Christmas cookies. I've known Charlie for a long time and it has been a privilege to see the love and respect shared by these two. The tears that are shed during this time are for the loss that is felt by ourselves and not for those lost as they are in a better place.
