Hilda C. Webster, 91, of Roslyn, PA passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023.

She was born on July 20, 1932, in Yardley, PA, daughter of the late Malcom and Emily Allen Carver. She has resided in Roslyn for the past 67 years.

Hilda was a graduate of Pennsbury High School, Class of 1950. She worked in retail sales at Kiddie City for over 30 years in addition to ACME and Alston’s Hallmark.

She is pre-deceased by her husband of 55 years, George A. Webster, originally from Bryn Athyn, PA, and also, her sister, Geraldine Bray of Washington Crossing, PA. She is survived by her children, Daniel A. Webster, and Karen A. Thomas, son-in-law, David W. Thomas; brother-in-law, David (Mich) Bray and many nieces, nephew, and friends.

It gave her great joy to send cards to her many friends and family. She also enjoyed baking, the beach, her cats, and cockatoo “Frosty”, feeding the birds, listening to music, watching sports, participating in her kids’ activities, and entertaining friends and family.

Her funeral service will be at 11am on Friday July 28, 2023, at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue, Yardley, PA, where friends may call from 10am. Burial will follow at Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, PA.

If preferred, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, in lieu of flowers.
