Aileen was my one and only aunt. I wish we could have spent more time together but we were states apart. I remember her for her love of cats, the catnip toys she would crochet for our cat every Christmas as well as her beautiful needlepoint and other crocheted gifts she spent heartfelt hours to make. I also have fond memories of being at her first wedding when I was only four years old and am so appreciative she was able to attend my 2nd wedding in California in 2017. Aileen was always extremely kind and thoughtful. She will be missed by many friends and family. ❤️

My husband, Harry, and I met Aileen and Ned when we were both newly married at Sherry Lake Apartments. We hit it off right away and spent much time together over the weekends having dinners, making egg rolls, and going to the Academy of Music sitting in the nose bleed section since that was all we could afford!! We had such fun together. When their first child, Teddy, came along Harry made a wooden cradle for him which was used by all the kids and their grandkids. So many fond memories of Aileen and the time we spent over those early years!!

So much love for Aileen. She was always a pleasure to be around and talk to. She treated everyone with such kindness and was such a lovely part of our family. She will be deeply missed.
