Susan Weed Hillman died Thursday, December 14, 2023, at her home in Washington Crossing PA. She was surrounded by her family and friends. She was 69 years old.

Susan was born in Philadelphia, PA. She was the daughter of Frank Castor and Willina McCarty Weed. She has resided in Washington Crossing, PA, for the past 25 years.

Wife of the late Henry J. Hillman, Susan is survived by her daughters Kory Alyson Hillman Chassey (Vincent) and Kyle Ashley Hillman, her brother, Bruce J Weed (Kimberly Yardley Weed), and her sisters, Cynthia G Weed and Barbara Weed (Daniel Giuffre), her grandson, Tyler, who was the joy of her life, her sister-in-law, Patricia Hillman Cook (Richard Cook) and nieces, Christine Cook Lodge and Kimberly Cook-Kazan, and nephews Jared Weed and Cully Giuffre (Dana), cousins David Weed (Cathy), Donna Weed Harrison (Brett) and Scott Weed.

Susan graduated from George School and attended the University of Denver. She spent many years working in the retail business. Susan enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and her cat, Gabby. She had many good friends, especially in her Wilkes Manor neighborhood.

The family would like to give special thanks to Susan's good friend and neighbor, Christine Littell Stevenson and family.

Friends are invited to call on Sunday, December 17th, 2023, from 4pm to 6pm at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue (River Road). Funeral Services be held on Monday, December 18th, 2023, 10:30am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Thompson Memorial Cemetery, New Hope, PA.
