We will always have lovely memories of Ed. Both his trips to Ireland to see his cousin Francie, and later our trips to Philadelphia. We know how big a loss this will be to the Scott family because our memories and the boys memories are rich and laden with stories and laughter. We got to know what a fantastic guy Ed was and to spend time with him again in December meant so much to us all.
Rest in peace Ed with Rita.
Love Padraig, Anne, Pauline, Eoghan, Jack, Frankie and the entire Donnelly Clan - Donghamore, Ireland.

Thinking of the Scott family at this time. I am Francie Donnelly’s (the Irish connection) daughter, Catherine and met Ed on a number of occasions both in Ireland and when dad, mum and I visited America. Ed was a gentleman and a good friend to my dad. I will never forget Ed flying to Ireland when dad passed away and we all shared stories and anecdotes. May Ed rest in peace x

I met Ed Scott at The Shore Club playing golf. He was always very kind, friendly and welcoming. I still remember with fondness some of his humorous expressions after hitting a not so good shot. He was always a gentleman and made people feel included. One of the main reasons I joined The Shore Club was because of Ed. I will miss him very much. John S. Kintzer, MD.

I was so lucky to be coached by Mr. Scott! Long time ago, but still fresh in my memories are loving him taking time from his busy schedule to coach and to Umpire while I played. Always positive. Always putting a smile on my face. I'm smiling 50 years later just thinking of him as my coach! I know family was so important, but you made a difference to me, too!
