Frances M. Kelly, 91, of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in South Fork, PA, she has been a lifelong Trenton, NJ, and Bucks County, PA, resident. She was employed by the State of NJ Department of Children and Families before retiring in 1997. She was an avid bingo player, and a very kind and loving woman who had many friends and varying interests.

Daughter of the late Anthony and Amelia Poliziani, wife of the late William F. Kelly, mother of the late June Kelly and Timothy Patrick Kelly, and sister of the late Jean Bilardo and Joseph Poliziani.

She is survived by her loving children Nancy Perella and her husband William of Yardley, PA, Diane Ryan and her husband Michael of Yardley, PA, and Bryan Kelly of Yardley, PA, her grandchildren Michelle Zensinger (Adam), Kyle Perella, and Christina Perella, great-grandchildren Leo and Romy Zensinger, her sister Fame Dileo, and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 11:00am at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home 17 S. Delaware Avenue Yardley, PA 19067. Calling hours for family and friends will be held from 10:00 to 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Ignatius Cemetery, River Road, Yardley, PA.
