James E. Horan Obituary
James E. Horan of Roebling, NJ died on Tuesday, July 31, 2024 at the Marcella Rehab in Burlington, NJ. He was 82.
Born in Trenton, NJ, a son of the late John E. and Catherine Prendergast Horan, he was formerly a longtime resident of Hamilton Township, NJ.
James was a roofer and loyal member of Roofers Local 30, and proudly served in the NJ National Guard. James was an avid sports enthusiast, playing softball and basketball.
James was the brother of the late John, Gerald, George, Larry, Donald, and Jenny Dey. He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Fred Coppola of Yardley, PA, good friend, Peter Marcello of Bordentown, NJ, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 9am to 10:15am at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue, Yardley, PA. His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am at the St. Ignatius Church, 999 Reading Avenue, Yardley, PA. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
