Nancy R. Ledbetter

Nancy R. Ledbetter, 80, of Upper Makefield Township, PA died on Thursday September 19 2024 at her home.

Born in Doylestown, PA, a daughter of the late Samuel and Ida Yates Hillborn, she was raised in Lower Makefield Township and has resided in Upper Makefield for the past 54 years.

Nancy retired from the Council Rock School District where she was a cafeteria cashier at Sol Feinstone Elementary School.

She is survived by her husband, Artie Ledbetter; Her son and daughter-in-law, Rich and Kerry Ledbetter of Upper Makefield; her daughter, Rhonda Ledbetter of Richboro, PA; three brothers, Barry, Wayne, and Roger Hillborn; two sisters, Linda Bilheiner and Carol DeYoung; five grandchildren, Molly, Rachel and Laura Ledbetter, and Rebecca and Daniel Borochaner, and one great grandchild, Cash Cohill.

Funeral services will be at 10am Friday at the FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Avenue, Yardley, PA, burial will follow at the Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, PA. Friends are invited to call from 6pm to 8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
