Dear Pam, we look out over the fence and vividly remember Jeff's warm welcome to the neighborhood. We saw him tend the yard, give his kind nod, and looked forward to our brief chats. Then we saw Jeff as a doting and loving father watching over three charismatic children. You will forever be a part of us, and we miss you all. We are so sorry for your loss
