It was with great sadness that I learned of Dennis' passing. Dennis was a true friend to those of us who worked closely with him at K. Hovnanian Homes. I will always remember his smile and his kindness. Dennis always wanted the best for people and expected the best from them as well. He cared and had a heart of gold. And, he never forgot the little kid inside when it came to his train sets -- what a production!
