Dorita Paylago-Evangelista, M.D. , 79, of Yardley, PA passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017.
Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Romeo Paylago and Rosario Dimaandal-Paylago.
Dorita is survived by her husband, Evaristo U. Evangelista, M.D.; two daughters, Judith P. Evangelista and Eva Doris E. Dimacali, and two grandchildren, Devean James and Bella Marie.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at St. Ignatius of Antioch Church, 999 Reading Avenue, Yardley, PA. She will be laid to rest at All Saints Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
